Trea Turner is one of the top players in all of fantasy baseball. He’s a great bet to steal 40+ bases and hit 15+ home runs. All we need from him is health and the numbers will follow.
Speaking of health, Francisco Lindor will likely start the season on the Injured List due to a calf strain. He’s only supposed to miss a few weeks of the regular season but what’s important here is him being 100% before he comes back.
Xander Bogaerts has been on fantasy owners radars for years now yet he’s only just 26 years old. He’s coming off his best MLB season and should be primed to continue being a solid top 10 option.
Jean Segura got big park and lineup upgrades this offseason when he was traded to the Phillies. Look for him to add a few more homers to the 10 he put up last year in Seattle. You know you’re getting a .290+ batting average.
Don’t count out Corey Seager. He was one of the most productive shortstops in baseball the two seasons prior to getting Tommy John surgery last year. Once he proves his health this spring, I’m buying.
If Tim Anderson ever learns how to take a walk, he’s going to be a stud. He improved his walk rate from 2% to a still bad 5% last season. A 20 HR 35+ SB season is possible.
I really like Lourdes Gurriel Jr. as a late round middle infielder. The former highly saught after prospect is toolsy and in a good ballpark.
Didi Gregorious is going to be out for most of the season but keep him in mind for your playoff push.
